I thought it was bullshit but as soon as I hit 40 I found myself waking up with a new ache or pain.
I can now go to sleep feeling good and wake up the next morning with my knees, ankle or back absolutely killing me. I am still pretty fit and still weigh 13 1/2 stone so there is no reason for it apart from age.

When you move from one age bracket to another on questionnaires! When I moved into the 45-54 range, I knew I was old!
